Shintora-Kai Canada Technical Structure
Shintora-Kai Canada's
technical Committee and grading Board consist of our Senior most Instructors,
who are charged with technical training, and testing. The minimum rank for the
technical Committee or Grading Board is Sandan. As senior Udansha are graded to
this rank, they may be considered for one or more of these committees, either
direct or within their region. Sitting presently on these Committees are:

Shintora T.C. Chairman Paul Jimmo
Sensei
5th Dan Shintora-Kai
Shihan, Paul Jimmo, is the Chairman of the Technical Committee. Jimmo Sensei
has trained in karate for over 30 Years and is Currently the Chair of the
KNB-Officials Committee. Jimmo Sensei, along with Roy Sensei has the
responsibility of Technical Development of Shintora-Kai dojos under Oliver
Kancho. Jimmo sensei is also responsible for Officials Development, and sits on
the grading Board.

5th Dan Shintora-Kai
Shihan, Laurie Roy, is the Senior Instructor at Oliver Kancho's Dojo. Roy
Sensei has been training Karate for over 22 years, and has been an active
member under Oliver Sensei, since he first joined Karate. Roy Sensei is
responsible for assisting the TC-Chair and Oliver Kancho in all their Technical
duties. Roy Shidoin also sits on the Grading Board.

Wendy Oliver, 3rd Dan Shidoin, has been training karate for over 20 years, at
Oliver kanchos dojo. She has been actively involved in both Junior development,
coaching, and now adds her technical expertise to the Shintora-Kai Technical
Committee
